Your Chin & Your Health

I took some time off recently and enjoyed a short vacation.

A double chin is a sign of too much cholesterol and fatty deposits throughout your body. This means you’re getting too much fats, animal foods, salt and sugar, lack of exercise and natural foods.

A well developed chin shows a strong heart inheritance, physical strength, and determination to succeed.

A small, narrow and receding chin denotes less physical endurance/determination;
A weak chin may be caused by poor quality foods during pregnancy, espcially calcium deficiency.
